Your situation
See the situations below, then describe yours in the How can we help? field.
Doors locked themselves or were locked with the keys left on the seat, console or floor.
The boot closed with the keys inside. Some vehicles need a different approach when the cabin is also locked.
Keys are in the ignition or a smart key is inside with the engine on. Tell us straight away if a child or pet is inside and call 000 if anyone is at risk.
If you are not certain the keys are in the car, we may need to treat this as a lost key instead.
Before you call
Do not upload licence photos or documents to this website. Proof is checked in person.

Yes. Enter the postcode and suburb of the workplace car park where the vehicle is. What matters is that the vehicle is within our service area (Caboolture to Pimpama, including Ipswich and Logan), not where you live.
Mention “In the boot” in the message or tell us on the phone. Some vehicles let the boot be released from the cabin and others do not, so we check your make, model and year before confirming the job.
Yes, you or another authorised person needs to be with the vehicle. The technician checks proof of ownership or authority before any entry work and will not open an unattended vehicle.
