Mobile car key replacement: common questions
Does brand support mean all model years are supported?
No. Support is decided per model, year and key system. For example, a Volkswagen we have worked on before does not mean a 2018 Golf can be done. Please include all three in the message field.
Why do you need the exact model and year?
Keys, chips and immobilisers change between models and model years, sometimes mid-year. The exact model and year tell us whether we have the right key blank, programming method and equipment.
Can I book after compatibility is confirmed?
Yes. Once your vehicle is confirmed we call to agree a time and the price. If it cannot be done, we tell you so you can make other arrangements.
Service boundaries
- No “all makes and models” promise: support is checked per make, model, year, key system and service.
- Vehicles located anywhere from Caboolture to Pimpama, including Ipswich and Logan.
- Proof of ownership or authority is checked before work starts.
