Creating a key with no original is the most sensitive job we do, so the technician checks that you own the vehicle or are authorised to act for the owner before starting.
Bring photo ID that matches the registration, or authority from the owner or fleet manager. Never upload identity documents to this website.

Is all-keys-lost service available for every vehicle?
No. It depends on the make, model, year and immobiliser or key system. Some vehicles can be done at the car, some cannot be done by us at all. We check your exact vehicle before offering a booking.
What if my car uses a proximity smart key?
Mention “Smart proximity key” in the message. These vehicles need extra checks when no key is left, so the outcome will usually be “we need to confirm” rather than an instant yes.
Do I need vehicle ownership documents?
You need to show proof you own the vehicle or are authorised to access it, such as photo ID matching the registration, when the technician attends. You do not upload documents online.
Service boundaries
- Only for vehicles with no working key. With a working key, use the spare key service.
- Not every make, model, year or immobiliser can be done; confirmation comes before booking.
- Vehicles from Caboolture to Pimpama, including Ipswich and Logan. Work stops if authority cannot be shown.
- Prices are confirmed with you on the phone before a technician is sent.
