A spare is made from, or added alongside, a key that already works. That makes it a simpler job than replacing a lost key, as long as the vehicle and key type are supported.
If you have no working key at all, the job is different: check all-keys-lost support instead.

Do I need my working key?
Yes, a spare or duplicate starts from a working key and it needs to be with the vehicle. If you have no working key, use the all-keys-lost check instead.
Can a duplicate include remote programming?
Often, if the vehicle and remote are supported. The remote part is confirmed during the compatibility check for your make, model and year.
Will minimum attendance pricing be confirmed before booking?
Yes. Any minimum attendance charge is confirmed with you before a booking is made. You are never committed to a price you have not been told.
